The Region

Villa Albrizzi is located in the town of Este, at the foot of the Euganean hills southwest of Padua. It is strategically located close to the Venice Marco Polo Airport (50 kms.). From the center of Este there are local trains and buses for Padua and Venice. Express trains are available from Monselice (8 kms. away) going to Padua, Milan, Venice, Florence, and Rome. This northeastern region of Italy is famous for its Palladian and Venetian Villas, Giotto's Cappella degli Scrovegni in Padua and Verona's roman open amphitheatre.
